A giant fucking boulder crashed into a house in Hawaii

Boulders don't tend to go aggro but a development nearby the neighborhood is apparently causing boulders to get really angry. Thankfully nobody was hurt.

D&D  not changing their license after all

Fed raising rates but less but still raising them

The US Federal Reserve is apparently going to raise rates again for the 8th time in a row because that's the cool thing to do. Though, supposedly they'll raise it less than usual and also they'll back off?? Maybe??? A Bit????

Some guy drove off a cliff seemingly trying to kill himself and his family

Thankfully they all survived and he is now being charged with attempted murder. They basically took him from the scene to the hospital then to jail.

Bolsonaro is trying to vibe in the US

After his rendition of January 6th went down on January 8th, he is being investigated for the, y'know, insurrection stuff. But he's chilling in the US and wants to stay here so he's applying for a visa. Real normal world leader stuff.

Microsoft says Halo is still gonna be a thing

They laid off a bunch of folks at 343 but then now they're like "don't worry Halo is still a thing please keep buying it"

That said, banning TikTok might be dead in the water because of existing law. Also because of lack of votes. Because its a fucking stupid way to go about "defending our national security".

Notably this has not yet been peer reviewed, but it has been submitted for review.
